Season Timeline (second version)
Each row represents a week. I decided to use the Imperial Calendar for the time being, in which one year consists of ten months, each month has seven weeks, each week has five days. Additionally, there are three festival weeks (purple) which don't belong to any month (see here). As all time periods are approximate, it isn't really important which calendar we use, we should just agree on one.
In this updated plan the first season lasts over a timeperiod of 73 weeks or 10 months. As it starts right after the end of "Solo Command", which is about 7.9 ABY (7.10/8.0 according to the 'Essential Chronology', but I think that's a bit late), it ends approximately 8.9 ABY.
I counted the weeks starting with the first week of the tenth month of the year 7 ABY, using the Imperial calendar.
I moved some episodes and added some suggestions (in italics).

Admiral Ackbar and the NR fleet deals with Rogriss, and yet another warlord -- 'High Admiral' Teradoc.
Several of the Hapan ships given to the NR, as well as captured Star Destroyers (including the Rebel Dream) are destroyed, crippled or captured in the ensuing bloodbath.
But Rogriss loses the battle and retreats while Teradoc runs back to his own territory.
Most importantly, the Kuat system is taken by the NR.
